The Highline is one of New York City’s newest parks and sightseeing destinations. Beloved by tourists   and residents alike, the urban park has created opportunities for development in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Highline Tower is a design for a mixed used development offering retail and commercial spaces on the lower levels with residential spaces up above. The tower is designed with a diagonal grid structure, overlooking the Highline just below.
