16 Tech, the innovation district focused on life sciences in Indianapolis, Indiana, engaged DKGR for their exciting Innovation Hub project in the Northwest quadrant of downtown. Envisioned as the bustling heart of the Innovation District, the Hub includes an Artisan Marketplace, Office and Incubator Space as well as a Makerspace. This adaptive re-use of the former Citizen Energy Campus will be a catalyzing project for the burgeoning district.
