Consist of 190 Guest rooms, a Banquet hall, Conference rooms, Restaurants, shops, pools, and a service building. The Client and contractor was JIE Zhong JIE Development and Construction Engineering (Pvt) Ltd from China.
Guest rooms on the Beachside capture the beautiful view of the Indian Ocean. The banquet hall also opens to the view of the ocean, which is on the third floor has 450 seating capacity with a column-free interior.
The hotel is a part of the Jetwing hotel chain today
D Plus Architects acted as the local architectural consultancy firm throughout the projects, from approval, design alteration according to the local building code and construction administration.
