Situated on Colombo-Negambo road in Ethukala close to Negambo city. The site is an L-shaped land of 25 perches. On one boundary of the site is a stream that flows since the old days and which has been utilized in the design to increase the attractiveness of the place.
It consists of 13 Guest rooms, a swimming pool, and an Ayurvedic Spa with a total built-up area of 14500 Sq.ft. The appealing quality of the building is derived from exposed brickwork, arched openings, the timber used in the roof that is treated and made to look old, with cement-cut finishes in walls and floors to match the language.
