Project Manager/Architect
 Fully responsible for an entire project, from schematic design to construction administration. Projects were either in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, or international. These included flat lots and hillside properties.
 Led a team, ranging from 3 to 10 people, in completing sets and deliverables on time for client presentations or city submittals.
 Learned Revit by myself and proceeded to teach our entire team. Out team went from the least proficient in the office, to the most capable Revit team in the office. Some of our sets and families are still office standard used to this day.
 While some projects were stand alone homes, a bulk were large luxury developments which required complex and flexible organizational structures to complete.

 Cooperated with a Project Manager in making sure all Construction Documents for our projects were complete and accurate from slab plans to details. This included reviewing & correcting drawings, and drafting necessary details, options, or elevations omitted by designers.
