 Fully responsible for an entire project, from schematic design to construction administration. Projects were either in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, or international. These included flat lots and hillside properties.
 Led a team, ranging from 3 to 10 people, in completing sets and deliverables on time for client presentations or city submittals.
 Learned Revit by myself and proceeded to teach our entire team. Out team went from the least proficient in the office, to the most capable Revit team in the office. Some of our sets and families are still office standard used to this day.
 While some projects were stand alone homes, a bulk were large luxury developments which required complex and flexible organizational structures to complete.

 Managed designers and drafters in completing projects within schedule and budget.

 Worked on all aspects of projects from initial design development to finished construction documents including electrical and interior packages.
 Responsible for coordination between consultants, clients, and city officials as well as drafting of all aspects of construction, from site plans to details. Liaison between architect and client in project coordination and design.
 Scope of work consisted of high end custom residences, Type V construction with some steel construction. Fully responsible for smaller projects, such as additions and small structures.

 Worked on Projects from Design Development to Construction Services phase. Tasks include the creation of submittal sets.
 Responsibilities ranged from coordination of plan check corrections, Frame & Drywall walks, RFI’s & client revisions.
 Peer reviewed drawings for less experienced staff.
 Scope of work consisted of Multi-Use, Townhome, Duplex, Single-Family Custom, & Single Family Production Type V Residential projects in Southern California, all new construction.
 Cooperated with a Project Manager in making sure all Construction Documents for our projects were complete and accurate from slab plans to details. This included reviewing & correcting drawings, and drafting necessary details, options, or elevations omitted by designers.
