New York City tourism can no longer be simply seen as a separate activity, focused on well-defined tourism precincts, where comparatively passive visitors experience carefully designed tourism facilities.
The purpose of this project is to suggest a multi-purpose and complex visitors’ cultural space in which a wide range of activities and people co-exist. The place can provide a new creative and methodical spatial system that caters to the need for sociable and interactive spaces. Moreover, within a space, the people can build a convivial and interweaving relationship with other cities’ users.
