Mandaue city is located in the North part of Cebu metropolitan Area. It is the most densely populated city of the area and most of the land is used for industrial purposes. 

To address one of the main issues of the area, the presence of informal settlements and illegal work places, the project's purpose is to provide the bases for a social reform by using local resources. 

Proposal is a concept of a school integrated with a vocational center, that would provide practical education to locals, a chance to get a job in the industrial core of the city and would function as the community gathering center post school hours.
