Role: Project Captain, Project Software: ArchiCAD

An existing duplex that got combined with the top floor in SoHo, creating a triplex of 4500 sq/ft with weeping city vistas. One particular challenge of this project has been connecting the 3 floors with a spiral staircase in this 5 story building. 

The objective of the project was to create warm interiors with a sense of openness and connection. Particular attention to detail has been put in HVAC systems, choice of materials and their seamless transitions, and furniture pieces all custom designed.

Project was brought to completion in late 2022.
