Hongqiao World Centre's Office Building Design

In a green, ecological and environmentally friendly age, people living in big cities under a deteriorating, polluted environment, with traffic congestion among other problems growing increasingly serious in the background, long to say goodbye to the city center, say goodbye to the haze, say goodbye to traffic congestion.

The Hongqiao World Centre's "Petal" Model Office Building project follows a "green, ecological, energy-efficient, intelligent" design philosophy. It applies the design concept of a "Garden Office" to fully reflect the harmonious relationship between people, construction and nature. The project's atmosphere inspires affinity, elegance, unconditionality and comfort through a personalized design, overthrowing the traditional office design concept, to meet an office's multidimensional development capabilities, as well as to integrate the concepts of Greenland Group's green office and garden office.

At the reception area, a curved doorway, styled according to the petal design approach portrayed in the building, uses curved links between the overall interior spaces, to strengthen consolidation. Under the supporting lights, these curved openings look much more sophisticated. A backdrop luminescent metal mesh design provides the reception with a deep technological feeling, and the use of glass provides a better transition to the backdrop wall placed in an irregular space.

The meeting room was also designed as a glass box, implemented as a garden office and starting conceptual point by using a large frameless glass partition to replace the traditional office concept, with broad horizons that bring a better visual effect, emphasizing the patio and outdoor landscapes as an integral part of the office. Embedded light strips on the frameless glass bring into play a modern office's atmosphere, skillful and technological, with a luminescent floor that provides users with an attractive conference feeling among clouds.

Leather, soft cloths and carpets provide the staff quarters with soft materials to create a more comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The use of large green carpets echoes the outdoor lawn. Embedded soft seats improve space utilization while creating a different kind of employee communication environment.
