When Mr and Mrs Holland, a busy NYC professional couple living on a the 17th floor in the up and coming south street sea port area with a stunning view of the Brooklyn bridge, wanted to finally turn their one bedroom apartment into the luxury modern condo they always wanted, they contacted me for a consultation. Once again I am humbled to be approached by such an amazing couple that all they wanted is to make the most of their home to serve their busy life style with "style", wile maximizing their suable space and getting everything they want out their NYC condo. The Holland,s were so easy to bond with and they were very generous with their thoughts and ideas to make me understand they needs and wants. This was yet another very enjoyable project with many custom designs from bathroom vanities, to lighting fixtures to built in desk and custom art work that really fitted their space like a reflection of their minds.
