After a successful launch Design and Build of Sakae Sushi Flagship store in the heart of NYC at the Iconic Chrysler Building, Apex Pal International hired me again to design their second store Sakae Sushi Store in Downtown Manhattan on one of the busiest street of Greenwich Village. Since the designing and building the Flag Ship set the guidelines and tracks for such a high tech concept to be accepted by building and food  authorities in the US and NYC. designing and building the their second restaurant was a breeze.
