Indiana Michigan Power’s employees were spread over multiple floors of their headquarters building in spaces with an outdated look and no overall consistency. Design Collaborative was able to work closely with them and design 100,000-sf office renovation, consolidating their offices to the top 10 floors. The space contains multiple café areas, a gym and fitness studio, multiple conference spaces including collaborative spaces, lounge meeting spaces, and larger more traditional meeting spaces, training rooms, and traditional and executive office spaces. Every floor was designed to maximize views between interior spaces and the outdoors, and also used high efficiency LED lighting.
