LA has over 69,000 isolated homeless residents since the end of 2022. As most know, the cost of real estate in LA is more than the national average. 

How can the city house individuals with such low inventory of vacant land? Here is one solution at the intersection of size, cost and availability. I simply call it “Possible”, a housing solution for men, women and families. 

Each stand-alone residence is approximately 1600 square feet and can house up to four individuals. This is based on one person needing 400 square feet to live.
