A kind couple and their dog in South Los Angeles desired to add more happiness to their adobe. The backyard is spacious enough to turn their garage in to a guest home (ADU).Statement of work included (4) sequential design phases, creating a thorough list of project objectives, measuring the affected spaces, drawing base floor plans, developing schematic design options while reviewing options with the Owner and Head Contractor.
