De Chavez Designs International is an architectural design firm officially established in 2002. Initially, the firm started working on minor residential and commercial design-build projects in the Philippines. The quality of work attracted high profile clients that propelled the company to a higher level of performance that it is today.

In 2006, having acquired the technical knowledge and experience through the years in construction, the company changed it course by focusing mainly on the field of design. By doing this, the team was able to provide better Architectural, Interior and Urban Design that have gained recognition not only from it’s clients but also from peers.

Currently, after receiving new skill sets in Urban Planning and Policy Design from abroad, the company is shifting its gears again by expanding to provide Planning and Urban Design services. This has made partnership with international companies a reality.

On-going projects ranges from private residential and hospitality designs, to site planning and master planning projects.

Our designs are inspired by an intricate combination of the unique personalities, backgrounds, and purpose of each our clients. We integrate this into the given framework of the natural environment to create innovative and one of a kind design solutions.
