A unique project in West LA to design and build a family’s backyard treehouse with three kids.

After graduating from USC I was commissioned by a family with 2, 4 and 6 year-old kids to build a a treehouse in their backyard.  Working together on different designs, we finally settled on a small platform with low kid-sized walls, and a roof that wrapped the top from front to back.  We then built the treehouse over the following few months with a friend’s help.
