An adaptive reuse of a run-down 40s commercial storefront in San Pedro, turning it from a theater back-of-house to a furniture boutique / art gallery.
This project included a restoration/alteration of the original facade, structural adjustments to enhance the wood bow truss aesthetic & accessibility improvements. The most significant renovation however, was to cut an opening between the first level and storage basement, to allow for a connection between the retail space on the ground level and new gallery below.
