Beginning as an intern and becoming a Project Manager projects generally begin with a site survey and drawing hand drafted sketches in AutoCAD and and eventually developing the designs through the construction document phase. I coordinate Building Management and DOB sets for approval. I work with various consultants, attend client and site meetings, issue drawings and schedules, assist in the review of shop drawings & submittals, respond to RFIs, and issue punch lists.
