The goal is to connect people through individual experiences. These are experiences of personal pleasure, seclusion and exploration. The rhizome cabana facilitates different types of human interaction; the interaction between a person and a material, the pleasure found in the act of escape, and the moment shared when people gather. The goal is to create an environment that asks the user to participate.
Rhizome engages, challenges and questions the movement of the body while visually concealing and revealing. The intention was to create a built environment that feels dynamic and alive.
