My name is David Irwin and I love to work, create and learn. I received my undergraduate education from Pratt Institute where I studied Architecture. I acquired skills in furniture design while in Copenhagen, Denmark at the København Universitet Møbeldesign where I trained under Nils-Ole Zib.
I enjoy working at multiple scales of design. Professionally having worked in architecture practices of both large and small scale design, I greatly enjoy understanding a project from a multitude of scales and angles.
Receiving the Rosenfeld travel grant for excellence in design with my senior thesis proposal at Pratt Institute, I traveled to Copenhagen to gather further information pertaining climate change in the arctic.
