The proposed Farmer’s Market Facility will include a 27,000 sq. ft. outdoor amphitheater, a brewery restaurant, 10 2 story - 12,000 sq. ft. merchant rental/own cottages with roll-up sales space on first floor and 20 covered sales stations with water and electricity.
The facility will be built just behind the existing LOWE’S Hardware on top of underground parking and land fill that will fill the 35’ ridge out towards Qualcomm Stadium.

The “Mission Statement” Restaurant/Brewery will be located in the amphitheater complex.. with logistic and VIP elevator from garage parking below. Mission Valley,venue and Qualcomm views from dining experience. The 27,000 sq. ft. amphitheater will offer a grass viewing experience as well as bench seating. The open farmer’s Market will feature Co-op merchant housing along with daily rental stalls and a complex office/convenient store.
