Located on St. Augustine Green in Rosemary Beach, this new facility combines a pool space for owners and guests with a flexible outdoor performance amphitheater for community use.  The covered stage can be partially enclosed to heighten acoustic quality, and the terraced landscape will seat approximately 400 spectators. Stepped lawn terraces with concrete pavers are on each side for picnic tables, providing casual seating for smaller events such as movies, concerts, lectures, and celebrations.  Louvered doors behind the main and side stages can be opened onto the pool area, if desired.  Up lighting on the inverted pyramid reflector of the 72 foot high tower will provide an iconic landmark visible from the main highway and within the resort itself.  The pool has a lap lane and covered shade structure, and its eastern boundary ends in a water wall with an infinity edge, backlighting and vertical ceramic tile.  The pool deck has chaise seating in shaded cabanas and between the landscaped peninsulas. The bar has retractable glass walls and seating on two levels overlooking the pool.
