This development project combines a government administration center building, a sports center building and a residential and commercial mixed use building.

In response to the river and mountains nearby, the buildings keep the harmony with the nature and create a refreshing landscape of the area.

The design concept of the government administration center building is as if many clear glass boxes randomly stacking on top of each other. Large amount of floor to ceiling windows with oversize balconies allow day light and fresh air into each unit. As for the sports center building, green coverage extends from the ground level to the exterior wall, all the way to the rooftop. Total amount of green wall is 1972m². This extended green coverage will lower the indoor temperature, also lighten up the building.
