Unlike being in the urban city Taipei, this project site is sitting against the beautiful mountains and facing the gorgeous Pacific Ocean. Because of the natural surroundings, our goal is to design a green building that extends the natural scenery to its exterior and interior. Also incorporate the local elements into this suburban office building, and turn it into an open, relaxed yet focused, comfortable and still serious as it provides functional and diverse work environments throughout. As cultural and creative industries are booming in Taiwan recently, there’s a big demand for small offices. With the advantage of being at a convenient location with magnificent view, the recreational facilities, also being environmental friendly, this office building will be the focal point of this area.
