Across Tenth Avenue at 505 West 37th Street, Site B's two towers have a combined total of 860,000 sf: the East Tower is 43 stories tall with 462 rental units and the West Tower is 34 stories with 373 units.  Each apartment features hardwood floors, high ceilings, kitchens with high gloss white cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances; and modern bathrooms with subway tile, mosaic floors and marble accents.  Floor-to-ceiling windows maximize outstanding city and water views.  The ground floor includes gardens, 22,000 sf of retail space, a 14,000 sf residential lobby and club room.  The Residents Club includes a gym, club rooms with access to the garden, and second floor terraces.  The West Tower roof supports additional club rooms and landscaped roof terrace with stunning views of Manhattan and the Hudson River.  The project also includes two levels of below-grade parking.  Rockwell Group was the Interior Designer for the residential amenity spaces.
