Founded by Jun Aizaki in 2004, crème is a Brooklyn-based creative design firm offering architectural, interior, graphic, and custom furniture design services. Crème’s growing team of international young designers and creative professionals works globally on projects including private residences, hotels, restaurants and retail stores. Recently completed work includes L'Amico, The Vine and Lupulo restaurants at the Eventi Hotel in New York's Chelsea neighborhood. 

Located in the emerging neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the firm surrounds itself with the cultural influences and resources that are unique to New York City. By maintaining great relationships with local fabricators and artisans, Crème ensures a thorough, hands-on approach for all built elements in order to meet the needs of each client and create successful and lasting spaces. Crème was awarded a finalist prize in the fine dining category of the 2013 Hospitality Design Awards for its design of American Cut at the Revel, Atlantic City, and has been featured in the New York Times, Kinfolk, Metropolis, Architect’s Newspaper, BOB, New York Magazine, Arrive, Food and Wine, Attitude, Elle Décor, and Hospitality Design.

Currently Crème is working on a variety of restaurants, bars and lounges for global hotel and resort brands worldwide.
