As a Senior Professional Designer, I supported New England, New York City Metro Area, Europe and the Middle East regions. I designed & managed numerous healthcare accounts for dealers and government agencies. My role as project leader included responsibility for all design phases including contract negotiation, bid solicitation, schematic, design development, construction documentation / administration, product specification and customization to post occupancy studies. The position entailed project management and team leading. As project scheduler, I led virtual design teams to expedite the projects. I developed a standards program for the OCONUS design team increasing work efficiencies and contributed to the standardization of the HMHC construction document drawings. In 2010 I was the NYC Design Team Leader. I was an active national presenter for the HMHC design certification program, presenting lab, nurse stations and pharmacy modules annually. The presenting team was responsible for creating the new "Designing Healthcare Solutions" an interactive approach to teaching sustainable and healthier environments. This presenting technique was integrated into the 2012 National sales meeting seminars.

Managed design teams in accordance with the corporate project requirements. Negotiated design / construction contracts, documented as-built conditions and supervised construction. Responsibilities included coordination of engineering documents, custom detailing of architectural millwork, specification of architectural finishes, furniture, electrical, lighting fixtures, and plumbing. Design lead for major projects including Fidelity Trust Company 120,000 square foot multi-floor interior renovation, several hydraulic elevator upgrades including lobby renovations, executive dining, conferencing center, and an ADA access study for the Boston owned properties.
