Cava Grill, a fast casual concept, is a nod to the owners’ Greek heritage. CORE designed this roll-out prototype with modern abstractions of Mediterranean vernacular utilizing simple, rustic finishes, custom copper light fixtures, and digital wall graphics depicting scenes of pastoral Greece. Millwork and furniture arrangements, paired with menu graphics at a custom pylon at the entry, creates a separation between the dining and queuing, as well as defining clear circulation through the space.
