Central Park

Central Park is a phased five-tower mixed-use development in Bayview Village that originally contained three office buildings. One of which will be demolished while the remaining two will be maintained and retrofitted with a new exterior and mechanical systems providing nearly 300,000 sq.ft. of commercial space as part of the redevelopment of the underutilized lands into a mixed-used community.

The new community will feature towers ranging from 12 – 31 storeys with over 1,478 total units, 10% of which will be over 1,000sq.ft. in one to three-bedroom-plus den layouts. Amenities on the 12-acre site will feature retail space, restaurants and a daycare. In addition, 65% of all ground floor space (75,600sqft) will be retail/commercial, creating a vibrant mixed-use community within 100m of Leslie subway station.

Three acres of shared open space is to be provided in the centre of the site; Central Park Common will serve as a destination point for year-round activities, including casual dining, a half-size basketball court; outdoors fitness zones; rooftop decks; lounges and gardens; sauna; pet care and washing area; event kitchen; farmers market; bike paths; a piano and wine lounge; kids’ club; a refrigerated skating rink in winter;

The Park Club will be a 55,000 sq.ft., leisure and social amenity space with indoor and outdoor saltwater pools, spa and hot tub; fitness centre and multi-purpose fitness studios;

A 5,000 sq.ft. co-working space with smart technology, meeting rooms, hot desks and a business centre.

Sustainable features include green roofs, solar panels, bike share stations and an on-site car share service; the project will also include EV charging stations.
