Bogert

Bogert is a mixed-use development that will consist of 1 building with 11 storeys and 4 towers ranging from 19 – 27 storeys. The total residential GFA of the site will be 1,214,911 sq. ft. The Bogert master plan community will also feature 5 townhouses and provide 20,050 sq. ft for retail and commercial use, creating a vibrant mixed-use community within North York.

The tower conforms to the angular plane requirements from adjacent neighbourhoods and a new public street will be created through the site. A further public connection along the top of the ravine will also be created to extend directly into the ravine. The design features high-quality masonry podiums and modern glass towers with an articulated “waveform” façade that highlights the western facing ravine units.

Expansive at grade and above grade terraces will further highlight the design. Some of the existing rental buildings will be retained and improved while other units will be demolished and replaced with modern rental apartments. A 4-hectare parkland dedication will also be designed with new townhomes established along its boundary. In addition, retail uses will be developed along Sheppard Avenue across from the park.
