Cooper Carry was the architect for a new master plan and Phase One design for Park Center, a regional corporate campus developed by KDC in Dunwoody, Georgia. State Farm is leasing office space in the development. Phase One consists of a 585,000 SF office building and parking structure with a direct connection to public transit. Amenities include a fitness center and street level retail to support both the user and surrounding community resulting in a new and vibrant live, work, play community. Cooper Carry is also designing Phase Two of the development which includes two additional buildings.

The project was designed to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
