Transforming Customer Experience at SUPCON’s Futuristic Asia Hub
SUPCON, a global leader in intelligent manufacturing solutions for process industries, cements their presence in Southeast Asia with a new Asia Hub in Singapore.
Conexus Studio worked closely with SUPCON to unveil a cutting-edge and user-centric workspace that fully supports the brand's daily business functions. Unique to SUPCON’s Asia Hub is the opportunity for guests to experience and interact with the brand's finest hardware and software innovations.
Encapsulating Brand Ethos and Culture
Committed to the development and integration of state-of-the-art AI technology and other disruptive automation tools, SUPCON's forward-thinking nature inspired the ultra-modern design of the reception. Embracing bold sculptural lines and metallic accents on a minimalistic colour palette, the amalgamation of these features fosters a futuristic ambience for the office.
Contrasting the cool greys and blues of the reception area, the pantry and collaboration zones provide a tasteful splash of colour and nature which revitalises staff during their break times while encouraging creativity in discussions.
Putting People at the Forefront
As a people-first organisation, SUPCON’s office is an oasis of comfort and connection designed to facilitate a productive work environment for its inhabitants. The office layout clearly separates the client-facing spaces from the open-concept workstations to ensure easy navigation and a conducive working environment.
Reflecting SUPCON's commitment to staff welfare, the space maximises natural light for workstations, incorporating greenery into informal breakout spaces and comfortable seating to encourage flexible engagement. The digital-first office also features free-standing task lights, enabling staff precise control over the amount, quality and warmth of light at their workstations.
