JobStreet Office

A Personality-Filled, Employee-Centric Work Environment that Inspires Work-Life Balance at JobStreet

JobStreet’s move to a new office was an opportunity for the leading online job portal to transition its workforce to a successful hybrid workplace that would inspire productivity, and promote collaboration and engagement. The concept for the space was based on the idea of bringing the vibrancy of the ‘street’ into the office, with a focus on creating a comfortable and cohesive work environment that would support the company's employees.

In Our Natural Environment

Taking inspiration from the unique adjoining sky garden in the architecturally renowned mixed-used development of Guoco Tower, the design maximises the use of greenery and natural light, promoting wellbeing and a connection to nature.

The design also draws on the Singapore context, with features inspired by local architecture such as the Art Deco shophouses and traditional materials that connect the space to our Garden City's heritage and greenery.

A Modern Way to Work

The new office space is thoughtfully crafted to support JobStreet's hybrid work model, with diverse settings for socialising, collaboration, and focused work—all equipped with the latest digital and smart technologies to keep the workforce connected and productive. A curated mix of materials, lively colors, and distinctive artwork delineate each area, creating a vibrant, inviting, and professional atmosphere.

Traditional ‘corner offices’ have been reimagined as cosy nooks with stunning views of the Singapore skyline, offering a refreshing retreat from the day's hustle. Prioritising employee wellness, the space encourages movement and rejuvenation with height-adjustable workstations, flexible seating in a dynamic work café, and fun breaks with a game of pool or mini-golf—ensuring everyone feels energised and inspired throughout the day.
