Brief: My client wanted their main bathroom designed so it introduced more modern features to bring it up to date with the times, and also to have the practicality as she has trouble bending in tight spaces for cleaning and getting into baths. The design was to include a bath, (free-standing if possible), separate shower, w/c, basin and also some storage. It was to be the main bathroom within their bungalow, so they wanted more of a "wow" factor to the space, rather than just a plain design, as guests would be using this bathroom, so it needed to incorporate some features into the space somehow. They currently had a bath but no shower so to make space for a shower area they were willing to loose an adjacent cupboard area, accessed via the hall, to be able to incorporate a shower into the space.
