This design is to replace an aging clubhouse on a private golf course in Southern Vermont.   The design echos the ski clubhouse previously built in the start-up four season resort.

The clubhouse will be built in three phases before the existing clubhouse is removed.  It occupies a parcel of land between the 1st tee and 9th & 18th greens.  The design will be built on three levels, the top two dedicated to golf, dining, and support functions.  It will be 25,000 SF when completed with multi-functional dining indoors and outdoors taking advantage of the beautiful vistas of the surrounding Green Mountains.
