About 

My name is Chin-Rong Jenny Lee. I am a New York based architectural designer. I specialize in adaptive reuse and residential design. I became a Certified Passive House Designer in 2019 and began my journey in passive building construction methods and the interior quality assurance systems. Working with the PHIUS framework allows me to have in-depth knowledge in passive construction methods and incorporate the objectives in design solutions.

I Prepared Design Presentations during schematic and design development phases. I was in charge of assembling DOB and LPC sets and coordinate exterior designs and finishes with Landmark Preservation
