I have more than eleven years of experience as a Designer, working both on the client side and consultant side, in the states of California and Texas. My project history consists of designing Starbucks new and renovated stores, Whataburger stores, Tenant Finish-outs, K-12 facilities, higher education facilities, athletic facilities, performing arts facilities and a winery. I have been responsible for bond planning, programming, site analysis, preliminary design, schematic design (including 3D modeling and animation), material board presentation, design development and detailed coordination of design during construction document and construction contract administration phases. I have also assisted the marketing department with creating RFQs and seeking potential new clients and consultants.
I have been responsible for the design and upkeep of prototypical stores, interior finishes, picture packages, and signage; coordinating weekly with vendors and consultants on current and future materials, as well as the responsibility of managing the materials library. I maintain a working relationship with a variety of architectural and FF&E product representatives in order to keep the library up to date with the latest in design products to help facilitate my co-workers’ projects.
I have finished my CIDQ and am a registered interior designer in the State of Texas. I am eligible to sit for my Architectural Licensure.
