As Northwestern University's Medical Campus continues with advancements in research and technology in the biomedical field, recently built facilities have been accommodating cross collaboration between various departments within the university.
This existing remodel and future site planning proposes to address the ever-evolving campuses cross disciplinary needs while minimizing carbon footprint by retaining the existing structure and proposing cut-outs in floorplate to create large neighborhood atriums and general site organization to create a cohessive campus experience.
