A mill building located in the heart of Woonsocket, Rhode Island is to be transformed into a business incubator.  This incubator is needed to help spur economic growth and productivity in a declining economy.

The phenomenon of the cupcake and boutique bakeries across the country was the inspiration for this kitchen incubator.  This kitchen incubator specializes in baked goods and is equipped with four commercial kitchens, food storage, gardens, cafe, workspaces, and meeting rooms.
