remodeled in 2005, as the architect of record on this project while at prozign architect, I contributed in the construction documentation of this five story downtown library project where I discovered the designer failed to incorporate fire protection in the main exit stairway in a six story atrium. I incorporated safety features into the atrium design so as to prevent fire or smoke from overcoming the occupants during fire escape. The drawings call out number is five in the attached image.
