5.Performed AE/MEP concept review with ASTM’s for resolution to on how to add a
shower to a 1960’s office building, while the building consists of a non-compliance condition: air movement in existing fire exit access corridors.

6.Performed Project Management functions through standardization of process
through Autodesk BIM360 features such as issues log, audit log, review
template, and transmittals.

7. Created report to account for pay check accountability by the minutes and
