The primary purpose of this project was to renovate the 11,500 square foot office space on the 17th floor of the once Fisk Tire Building into a headquarter office/ showroom for Mio Culture. Mio Culture is a sustainable furniture design and consultancy company. 

To match their values, the project focused on practical planning, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
