About

I have had diverse collegiate and professional exposure to the field of architecture. Within the M.Arch curriculum at the School of Architecture and Planning at the University at Buffalo, I pursued course work that aligned with my interests in the field, including historic preservation, Inclusive Design and Urban Design graduate research studios. During my three-year tenure at BMS Design Studio in Buffalo, New York, I gained increasing responsibility for the design and re-use of industrial structures of historic significance. Under the guidance and mentorship of my employer Benjamin Siegel, BMS Design successfully authored three comprehensive part-two applications for historic tax credit compliant renovations totaling $40 million dollars. Within the shell of these historic structures, I assisted through all stages of development, through completion, while coordinating directly with clients. At the Heritage Documentation Programs of the National Park Service, I had the unique and engaging experience of meticulously documenting and delineating structures of national importance.
