As a part of a team executing 70 Pine owned by Rose Associates, a landmarked status upon both the interior and exterior, 66-story Art Deco skyscraper (previous AIG offices building) conversion to High-end residential with more than 600 units for rental and 132-rooms apartment hotel on floors 3 to 6.
Responsibilities included: design layout changes, preparation for portion of construction documents; coordination of more than 50 types of kitchens and 25 types of bathrooms, marketing plans for residential and retail spaces. Worked on various Landmarks presentation sets including retail building signage.
Construction Administration duties included respond to RFI, ASI, process shop drawings and submittals, sketches, and coordination with consultants. DOB and Fire Alarm filings.
68-74 Trinity Place, New York:
Worked with Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects on Trinity Church, a mixed-use building with office space in New York City.
Member of the team responsible for the design of the community facility space, which included classrooms, a fitness center, a café, meeting rooms and office spaces. I was also involved on Schematic Design and DOB zoning filing, and worked on BSA (Board of Standards and Appeals) drawings.
