As part of a comprehensive design studio, the project was to design a music conservatory on Factor's Walk at the east end of River Street in Savannah, GA. The site exists between two other levels which had to be considered - Bay Street dropping 25 feet down to Factor's Walk and Factor's Walk dropping 15 feet down to River Street. The user group consisted of tourists, locals, and visiting musicians.
