Ground-up mixed-use tower connecting to Louis Vuitton’s existing flagship building in Manhattan.  Scope included nine levels of retail space, eight levels of office space, and five mechanical levels.  The building consisted of steel structure, building core, exterior envelope (structural glass curtain wall, brick veneer, stone cladding, and roofing system), window cleaning system, HVAC, electrical and fire protection systems.
