Ground-up mixed-use building in Manhattan’s fifth avenue.  Scope included two levels of retail space, four levels office space and one basement level.  The building consisted of steel structure, stairs, passenger and freight elevators, escalators, exterior envelope (glass/metal curtain wall and roofing system), loading berth, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection system.
