CambridgeSeven was selected by the Claremont Companies to rework the existing zoning bylaws in Brookline to accommodate a vital new urban development. Located adjacent to the historic Olmsted Emerald Necklace, the site acts as a gateway between the Town of Brookline and Boston’s prestigious hospitals. CambridgeSeven worked closely with the Town Planners, Planning Board, and Zoning Board to guide the community and zoning process and planning vision for a new forward-thinking, yet contextual urban hotel. 

The ten-story, 130,000 sf Hilton Garden Inn features 170 guestrooms, two meeting rooms, a bar and restaurant as well as a swimming pool and fitness room. All public spaces are designed to engage and activate the street level and reach out to the historic park and future sidewalks and bicycle pathways.
