American Federation of Arts

This project consisted of 10,000 square feet of new offices for the American Federation of Arts. The reception and waiting area is made into an inviting space with natural ash wood board walls and warm upholstery. The main corridor separates the conference space and resource library from the open office area. A large painting is set against a brightly colored wall at the end of one of the corridors. To one side, a small work area is tucked into the wall, and on the other, full height storage closets. The private offices feature large bookcases to hold the numerous art catalogs and volumes.
