Re-positioning of a 1980 beige brick, 55 unit, 12 story apartment tower.  The floors have been reconfigured to create a unit variety. The brick piers on the facade have been removed to create ribbon windows, and the beige brick has been stained silver grey for a stronger curb appeal. 

Our offices provided architectural and interior design services for this project.  While the apartment building has been completed in November 2014, the amenity one is still under construction. All of the apartment have been rented.
